To me it depends on the tire you buy. I have a white truck and just bought Bridgestone revo's and I thought the letters on the tire were big and I didn't like the way the white letters looked. Besides the black side has a different pattern on it. Looks a hell of a lot better.

I was always into the black-walls...but when I bought this truck I chose the whites, I think it looks good on this, it just depends on the look of the truck

Black all the way. RWL is a thing of the 90s, early 2000s.

I think that it matters what tire,
for example the whiteletters on the BFG's just look classic!

White lettered for aggressive tires IMO. Low pro should be black wall

What he should have said was black tires always look best. White letters are so outdated.

Black all the way, helps give more attention to the rims

i like the look of the white letters on the factory rims here. the aftermarket rims are darker and kinda almost blend the chrome into the black of the tires. the factory rims are bright in this picture and i think the white letters look good. but for the most part, i tend to agree with what lots of people are saying, white letters on big meats, black on low profile. my vote is for white letters on an agressive tire.

btw, im running white letters on my bfg at 285/75r16's on the '98 factory rims.

I like both, I had both... I,m leaning towards the all black look for the tires... Raised white lettering can be to much if a person isn't careful... This is my present look...

My trucks not dark blue. But darker truck with black sidewalls and stock 18"s:

Black looks better in my opinion. Tires are 285/60/18 toyo open country A/ts

Another look kinda dirty in front of my 95' but you can still see what his 97' looks like with the RWL I am a big fan of RWL and have been thinking about having my GF paint my IROKS letters either white or red..
