Wheel recommend for 97 Lariat

I have 295/75/16 Nitto Terra's on my truck. LOVE the tires. They are mounted on the OEM 16" rims. 5x135 ,7 inch. I would like to upgrade to new rims and have the tires stick out of the truck about an inch if possible. I tried to use a 16x8 -6mm wheel a MB predator that didn't quite do it. It almost looked almost the same. Didn't widen the stance much at all. What size rim should I be looking for? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

16x10's with 4.5 inches of bs. You will have to trim the front bumper's lower valance slightly for clearance.

Yes, I ran 285/75-16's on 16x10 for almost 60,000 miles with perfect treadwear.
