Red face Winter is here - back to pizza cutters

Snowing pretty good here and is supposed to continue all week. The stockers will be going back on this afternoon for winter. Anyone else swapped their wheels/tires out yet for the season?

ah no panic situations yet. I'm trying to get my 'heritage edition' stocks off...second year in a row they are stuck on. annoying as **** when you put on anti seize, well you "think" you did.

Good old winter is here, build up and get fat!

I did last Wed. if I recall. Girl likes it as my truck sits a lot lower now and she doesn't need to jump to get in

I can't wait for spring... it'll be like driving a new truck all over again

Just did it yesterday up here in Boston, took off my 22's and put on the stockers. Truck looks like crap now What are you gonna do? After the snow and salt they'll be back on, hopefully by around late March. At least now I'm able to go through the touchless car wash and not have to worry about pitting my rims.

Harsh has nothing to do with it - it's the salt blends they pour on the roads that will kill most rims

After all the money spent to make my truck look halfway decent I'm not going to risk it for 3 months outta the year to get pitted rims

Getting pretty nasty here in southern AZ (hit 85 degrees today), need to swap mine out soon . In all honesty though, I miss real winters (originally from WA). Nothing but sun and heat gets old too, so enjoy that crappy cold weather

I know what you mean....on the hot, humid summer days I can't wait for it to be cold, then on the freezing winter days I can't wait for the heat again :o

That's probably why I love fall so much

It's getting pretty brutal down here in FL, I'm not sure if my truck can handle this 50 degree clear weather.

my stockers are back on, well not exactly my stockers, they were from an FX4, a big upgrade from my painted aluminum stockers, but they look nowhere near as good as my summer setup
