very nice looking truck. i own a very similar model, except it's an XL. I'm looking at updating the front end (grille, bumper, valance) and i can't decide whether to go painted STX or Chrome bumpers... anyways.. Did you get these wheels on ebay?

here's my 06 4.2L 5spd

why does it seem like there are so few reg cab short box pickups these days? damn supercrews ;/
someday my truck will be as ballin' as yours

Saleens look hot in black. Had mine done with Black River PC. Basically high gloss black with texture to bring the gloss down.

Truck looks great man. Where did you get the black lugs from? Did you buy them that way or paint them black?

thanks - dude dont even get me started on the lugs. there is not one place that sells black lugs for our application (14x2.00 thread pitch) at least that i could find.

so yes, i painted them...very carefully. then i put painters tape inside the lug nut key and put them on....very carefully. i ended up only chipping like 1 or 2

i have center caps on now too. the saleen ones are 39.99 for all four (which is great) so i painted them too

Yea, I figured. Been looking everywhere for them with no luck. Guess I'll have to go that route too.

Where did you get your lugs from anyway though?

i just got some mcguard spline drive lugs from a local "speed shop". the chrome ones you can find anywhere really. just make sure they are spline, tuner or open ended with an acorn or tapered face and 14x2.00 mm thread pitch

Looks cool. The red on the wheels makes your truck look like a Hot Wheels F-150. Remember all those Redline How Wheels cars you played with as a kid? Anyway.....

With all the compliments that Josh is receiving. I thought let me see what mine would look like. I kind of had these wheel in mine b4 I saw your picture but I wasn't going to pay $3000 for them. I never had the red stripe in mind but the wheels yes, powder coated the color of my FX2 Sport Grill (Dark Grey). So here is a bad photoshop of my truck with Saleen wheels with a Red Fire Metallic Stripe, lol.
