Use tire shine, it will take it off and give you black shinny tires, i use black magic it great.

I understand man, I would be pissed too, but because they didn't give you any respect and didn't leave you any parkin space and I'm the guy that would be lookin for revenge vs. coverin the scuff up. Not that I have done any of those things I listed ...........

Like I said, some tire dressing, gobbed on there, allow to dry (sometimes tires will throw it up onto the truck body) and you should be ok. Might take a couple coatings, but eventually the scuff will fade, or you can completely scuff all four tires, and no one would notice !

Tire is fine and looks even better now, you should love that scuff it's nice little scar, gives it some character . Plus, it's not a flashy street tire on a nice car, it's a BFG all terrain tire on a 4x4 truck, shes is supposed to have some beauty scars. I've got a quite few on my mud terrains caused by curbs, rocks and cactuses that were in the way . Although, I would be pissed at my neighbor for being a d*ck and not leaving any parking room, sounds like time for some revenge

LOL, Thanks guys. I just put some Black Magic matte black finish on the tires. Looks pretty good, and yeah i hear ya about the scars giving some character lol. Anyways... i'll get over it, just wanted to see if there was anything i could do.

But in dealing with this tire, i may have screwed up my wheels lol. I seem to have little water spots all over them ughhh....i cant win lol.

Clean the wheels individuall (one by one) with a wet/damp-towel/sponge and dry them immediately. This should help out with the water spots

I actually just tried that. It's only one wheel that has the bad water spots. The other three seem alright, maybe a couple little ones here and there. But anyways that did not seem to get the spots out. But i'll try again tomorrow since i have to go to work in about a half hour.

I'm directing this question towards you because i know you have the same wheels as me. Besides a damp cloth, are there any special products you use on your wheels? I ended up using simple clean on them earlier today, i had it dilluted pretty good though but i'm hoping that is not how my wheels got a bit messed up. And i sprayed the Tire Dressing on an applicator pad as to not get some spray on the wheels, unless the wind took some of it to the wheels i dont think thats how the spots happened.

Nope, never had to do anything other then that. Try putting on a light coat of wax after cleaning them. Should hide the current water spots and prevent from getting new ones, while adding a bit of shine and make it easier to wipe off brake dust

scuffs like that I initially clean up with neat acetone (get at Lowes/HomeDepot). Saturate part of a rag with the juice, and then rub all over scuffed area. After the acetone dries in most cases you're fine. If not then its time to go over with a tire dressing. Of course if you're a wuss or in the childbearing years you may want to limit saturating you hands with acetone..... :-)
