The tire height difference would only effect a limited slip rear axle. Front end a little height difference would not be too bad for a short distance. Just buy 5 tires if you can afford them! Welcome to the site.

Or if you do get a flat in the rear and you have LS, you can take a 33 off of the front and put it on the rear, then put your OEM spare on the front. I wouldn't drive on it for a while but if you go straight to a replacement, you should be OK.

That's the plan with my 35's if I get a flat on the rear.

Well, Ford must not think this will cause a problem because my truck came with the oem 20's and the spare under the bed is an 18". Go figure

The size of the wheel doesn't matter, neither does it's width. It's the overall height of the tire that matters.

I've always purchased a used tire in the size I'm running for a spare. You can usually get the tire for cheap. I think I paid $15 for a used 265 last time I needed one.

And apparently new to the grammar world also.

Why don't you just buy 5 tires? Then you'll have a full size spare.
