Any pics of 35x12.50x18 Mud Grapplers on stock wheels?

I have searched the site and can only find people with lifts also, im thinking of just doing the AS-2.5 and AAL with mud grappler 35x12.50x18's on my stock lariat chrome edition wheels. I have an 06 f150 4x4, so from what i gathered on other posts is that this combo should work, now will i have any rubbing probs? Also i just saw a post where they had ball joint issues...Is this common and what precautions or steps should i take to prevent this? Thanks...

here is what my truck looks like now...

The problem with the Mud Grapplers is the large sidewall lugs hitting the upper control arm (at all times) when used on the oem wheels. Other 35x12.50's are close, but don't touch.

i have seen others using the 1/4" wheel spacers, does this prevent that?...I dont do an awful lot of city driving, mostly rural, so not making a bunch of sharp turns over and over, but dont want to eat up expensive tires either...Thanks for the input...

That is the only reason people are using the spacers, to move the tire away from the control arms. However, the 04-08 F-150's are really sensitive and the spacers can cause vibration problems.

I am the guy whose thread Tide posted above. They worked just fine with the 1/4" wheels spacers. You will love them, except for the God awful mileage they get.

I have a friend with an 06 FX4 who is running these tires. He has the factory 18" FX4 rims with 35x12.50 mud grapplers. He is using a 1/4 spacer on the front and has a 2.5" leveling kit. He still has rubbing issues because of the huge side lugs on these tires. I dont know if you've ever been in a truck with these tires on, if you havent , they ride like they are square and the noise is border line obnoxious. This of course is just my opinion but I would consider another tire.
