In my opinion... Toyo MT's are awesome tires!!

Hands down... the TOYO MT is the BEST off-road tire I've ever purchased. I just replaced my first set. Most will not believe me, but I got 63K out of the first set and actually 3of the tires still had another 5K or so left on them. I replaced all 4 because one of the tires had to be replaced due to a bad alignment. I really think the sipping makes a BIG difference. I hope this helps... :santa:

dont forget about the maxxis buckshot mudders, people get ridiculously long life out of those due the extremely hard tread compound they use. its not uncommon to see people getting 60,000 miles out of a set before they even think about replacing them. If they would make the sidewall on them beefier i would buy them, but i prefer tires with a very aggressive sidewall. Ive got at least 12 friends of mine that run them on their fullsize trucks and have been as long as i can remember.

i've heard that the toyo muds have a harder compound, hence why they last longer than other mud tires. i guess if you dont live where it snows, they should be fine, but mix hard tires and snowy roads i'm biased so i'd say Bf muds, but i havent heard anyone dislike toyos either. nor does anyone around here run them either? im sure its due to availability. either one is your best choice. steer away from cheap mud tires, they wear like butter.

Although not a fan in any sense of the word.... Toyo's do have a long lasting tread life. (because of a super hard compound mking them not the best for off-road traction)
My tip to you: since you are EVEN considering how long a M/T tire will last you, your best bet may be a super aggressive A/T . Those Pro-Comp extreme All Terrain's last a long time and get great traction on and off-road. plus they are suppose to have great road manners and not be ovely loud. You have to see these tires in person, I can't say it enough, they look SO MUCH better in person (more agressive) then they do on online pictures. Its just a thought.

P.S lovetofishandgolf: Welcome to the site. And ya got a VERY nice lookin truck there. So where about do you usually go to wheel? I am right down south of you down by Santa Rosa and what not. Venture up to your neck of the woods quite often.
