Tire Size

I'm trying to find out the largest tire that will fit on my stock wheels and still fit under my truck. It is a 04 F150 Supercrew Lariat that is all stock. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Click on the button that says "search", type in "large tire stock wheel". All your questions will be answered (probably by wandell!)

Its a 4X4 with 275/65 R18's on it now. I'd like something bigger without having to lift the truck.

:sigh: since you won't search, are you planning on using your stock wheels or aftermarket wheels?

Stock height and on stock wheels I would go with a 285x65x18 BFG all terrain ,close to 33 inches tall.

Thanks for the help. I've got an appointment to have a leveling kit put on, don't know if that will help or hurt anything, but I think I'll order the 33X12.5's and hopefully I'll like the look.

Leveled out you can go larger, say a 305x65x18 (34") or even a 35" tall tire but the taller you go you lose performance and mpg's. 33's may be the best bet!
