Toyos are good tires, but way over priced. And for what you get offroad... For the price you pay, you'd be expecting performance like a TSL... It falls very short and is outdone by cheaper M/T's.

For a tire that looks similar, but more aggressive and a more friendly price --- Look at the Cooper Discoverer STT's.

Other M/T's to look at ---

Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ
BF Goodrich M/T
Pro Comp M/T/Extreme M/T
Firestone Destination M/T
Kumho Road Venture M/T & KL71
Dunlop Mud Rover

I also have the 'kooks and love them! They come in 37X13.5 R20, as well as other sizes http://www.hankooktireusa.com/product/RT03.pdf
Heres a place that sells 'em (the picture is wrong, though. read the description)

i have 5k miles on my 37" mud grappplers and i cant tell any wear yet. They are the most bad a$$ tire i have ever owned. just keep up on rotating them religiously and keep an eye on your air pressure. im pretty confident in saying im gonna get 25k out of them. which isnt alot but so worth it cause the sound is nothing but amazing. They are loud but you get used to it. you can hold a conversation in the truck without raising your voice. plus you get compliments on them all the time. I also have some 35" bfg muds that have 35k on them and they still have 50% tread. And toyos are nice but overpriced and EVERYBODY has them. when my grapplers run out im for sure buying another set.

I love the look of the mud grapplers.. but dont wanna have something crazy loud all the time. I'd have to hear them to really decide....

Anyone know how the MT Baja claws are for road use? Im looking into the best tire to get for the right price. I definately want 37's and I see MT doesnt make a 37. I had been considering nitto Mud grapplers but so far on this thread Ive heard almost all bad things about the tire life except from that one guy, not sure what to beleive now!? What do yall recommend?
