I am thinking of getting some Eagle 18 x 9 178s polished to add to my 285 65 18s. They have 5" of backspacing. I'm thinking that they will stick out 1" wider than my stockers...right. Also any suggestions out there regarding these wheels..Thanks

 

I would say more like 2" if your stock wheels are 7.5" w/ 5.5" BS

 

i just put on the eagle 178's w/ a 275 65 20 and those stick out 1/4" to 3/8" farther then the stock 275 65 18 so im guessing the 285 shouldnt stick out more then 3/4 to 1". just guessing tho

Your lookin at about 1 1/2" or 2" i just put that set up on mine.
