I have had them on my 2wd Screw for over a year now, and I like them a lot.
They still look brand new, appear to be wearing evenly, and are good in the rain.
My buddy has them on his F250 PSD 4X4 Crew cab, and he says they are better than the BFG's he had before.
They look like they are wearing more quickly on his truck than mine though. Maybe it's because he is stretching them over a 10" rim ??

I ended up cancelling the Nittos and went with the BFGs since people are saying they're only getting 35k out of the Grapplers and talk is min. 60k out of the BFGs if rotated properly. I drive 110 miles round trip every day so I need something that is going to last a while. Especially if I'm spending $800 on tires... Now I just have to wait the 4 weeks for the BFGs....

I ran 35" BFG A/Ts and the rears lasted about 20,000kms, so if I rotated them it would last probally 35,000kms maybe. I found them to be way to soft of a tire and if your driving on gravel roads they pick up rocks like a ****. I would of stuck to the nittos imo, they look like a way better tire. I'm going to stick them on my new truck here to try them out.
