35" Tires w/ 3" body lift!?!?!

I have an 03 KR Supercrew 4x4 and wanted to put 35" tires on it with a 3" body. Will this work and will it look okay?

Yes, you can fit 35x12.50's on your truck with a 3 inch body lift. If you use a 10 inch wider rim, you will also have to crank up the torsion bars and/or trim some plastic on the front bumper's lower valance.

yes they will fit but you will have to trim a little as wandell stated. i put 35's on my stock 02 and had to trim a little off the valance. as for your performance.....you will feel a diff in shifting with stock gears for sure. i hit about 2200 in 4th gear at 55 and 1700 in 5th gear at 55. needless to say gears are in the mail along with a tru trac. good luck

So your saying I will have to trim the valence even though I am going to put the 3" body lift on it?

No, we are saying you will have to trim if you mount the 35's on a wider aftermarket wheel. You will probably not have to trim if you use the stock wheels with the 35's.

I went down to my local Hummer dealership and picked up a set of hummer h2 factory take offs for 95 bucks a tire. Cant beat that with a stick. I am gonna go down to the shop next weeked to have my body lift installed and pics will soon to follow.

That was a great idea. Not only did you save money, but you got one of the best tires available!
