Yeah, I'm one of the white letter guys, I like the look of them. But the trade-off of cheap tires makes up for the lack of them.

HillBilly, i live in mckinney too. i was wondering which hummer dealer you picked up the tires from, the new one on the tollway or what?
did you just swing by or what?

Sent you an email, but yeah, Classic Hummer in Grapevine. Just walked in and talked nice-nice to the parts guy. He told me he'd call me if he "could find some," and called me the next day. Went up, laid out the cash, and took off with my new tires. Went straight to Discount and traded my 10,000 mile factory tires for mounting, balance, and road hazard.

The Daystar leveling kit will raise up the front 2.5" and should take care of any problems with up to 33" tires. Easier on the truck than twisting torsion bars, etc.....
