One of my best friends HAD a 99 f-350 super duty 4x4 Non off road package, and he put 315 BFG All-Terrains under that thing with no lift at all. It looked AWESOME. Went went mud riding in that thing all the time and those tires never rubbed. The guy he sold that truck to is still running those tires.

I've heard that you can put 315's, 35's on a super duty stock. You should try, if it doesn't work, all the more motivation for getting a lift.
Cowboy-up, SD's don't have tortion bars, they have leaf springs front and rear. Just for your info.
