Local shop has a good deal on these and I'm thinking about trying them, but never had Cooper tires before. What do you think??

They'll let me try them on for size to make sure they don't rub. Otherwise I'll go back to my first choice of 285/75 BFG's.

I have the Procomps on my truck. I believe Procomp is made by Cooper. If the Cooper is like the Procomps I would get them. Procomp is the best tire I have ever owned. I have the 33/12.5/17 AT's. Same as 305/70/17.

I was just at the Cooper Tire website, and I don't think they carry a 305/70/16. Unless it is new or I am completely blind. If it is new, let me know, my brother has the 285's and I have been kinda waiting for the 305's to come out.

Ummmmm... yep, it was just that I was completely blind. I went back to the website and looked again. (this time with my eyes open) and there they were -305/70/16's. I am happy.

 

I had Cooper tires before, they have very soft rubber compound. they ride and respond great but they wear realy EZ.

I'm kinda surprised that anybody would even think to put Coopers on newer F150 4x4s. I never see them anymore.
