Question biggest tires to fit on 16's

what are the biggest tires that would fit on 16 inch rims with no lift?

What rims do you have? Are they the stock 16x7 rims? Is the truck a 4x4? If it is and you have the stock rims you can fit 285/75 tires with no problems. If you have some 16x8 rims you can fit some 305/75 tires. I'm not sure what the biggest tire you can fit on a 2wd is though. From what I've heard you can run a 285/75 tire but I'm not sure if they had to do some triming. I do know that 265/75 tires will fit on a stock 2wd.

I have a 99 F-150 2WD S-CAB and I ran 285/75/16's on elite rims with no problems.
Just make sure the rims do not have to much
negative offset or they could rub!
