Value of 02 Lightning wheels

I have a set of takeoffs from my truck with 7000 miles on them. They are silver and in perfect shape. What should they be worth - seriously? Also - If any one is interested please e-mail me.

WHOZNEXT,

Late last year I paid $1,050.00 for a set with 3,000 miles on them, no curb scars on either the rubber or wheels.

No burn-outs on them either.

Seems that from late last year to current, the price has dropped a bit.

Stock Silver SVT wheels from oemfordparts.com are $200.00 each, then add in the cost of new skins at $193.00 each from tirerack.com and you got $1,572.00 plus ~ $125.00 in shipping and then the mounting costs, for brand new.

1,800.00 ( give or take ) for 100% new, that get ~ 35,000 miles on the skins,

5 years cycle on the wheels at 0% cost of money is ~ $640.00 for the wheels, 20% of the wear on the skins gone ( mile rated, no cost of money ) the value = $617.00, is a net value of $1,257.00 for the wheels and tires estimated at 7,000 miles 1 year old. So the cost at 1,050.00 with 3,000 miles was not bad at all. A short drvie, no shipping or mounting costs, and I was doing good in my mind.

Last time I looked at a set, UPS rate was ~ $25.00 per wheel and tire from ATL, GA to Chgo, IL for ground.

Just a few thoughts on the topic, good luck selling them, me I am not in need of another set, so I'm good

Steve

Around a $1000 is what I was thinking - net. Thanks for your help, it tells me I'm in the ballpark. I'm thinking of putting them on e-bay. Some guy has a bid 1,200 on a stock set on there. Any ideas or advice on e-bay?

Is that with tires? I bought mine last year in mint shape for $600 without tires, but in excellent shape.

Mine had 3k miles on them, the set that WHOZNEXT is putting up have 7k miles on them.

$ 600.00 is not a bad price, $ 800.00 is for a set of brand new in the box from oemfordparts.com
