Lol,

This thread is Dejavu!

Seriously, they look like they're worth what they cost. You can do alot better for not much more money and use your same tires.

I was considering those wheels too. I'm undecided at this point, but I'm putting up with the stock steel wheels with the plastic chrome wheel covers on them, so what do I know!!

I do know I want chrome. But the price for chromed alloy wheels are nuts! I've also considered the Eagle Alloys Series 58 wheels. "Only" $119 each for 16x8, but they are pollished, which is fine, but just requires more rubbing to keep 'em clean.......

Im with Mitch!

Those series 58s sound good.
I would rather keep the stockers than put on cheap wheels.

I think you will have more problems with the cheapies too, ~early pitting, high speed wobble, etc.

Whatever rims you pick don't get ones with lots of pesky rivets or a tight honeycomb spoke pattern... they are bastards to keep clean. Looks for smooth edges & stuff.

I forgot to mention I bought those Titanium brake pads for my 98' 4x4 about 15k miles ago and they work great, hardly any dust, and they're cheap to boot from www.JCWhitney.com;)

I think they look alright. Hey, if it's what you want or can afford and you like em...Well that's all that matters IMHO.

I agree with 'to each his own' but Im speaking from the experience of having bought cheap wheels in the past. This is more a case of 'you get what you pay for'. I just dont want a brotha to waste his money if they look like crap in 6 months or have a high speed wobble...
