Darn right webfoot - I specifically looked for a truck with the package because I wanted the larger radiator. Ford absolutely cannot just decide not to give you something you paid extra for, and changing the specs after the fact does not change what I bought at the dealer. (In my case, I got the radiator I paid for by insisting after the fact, and my dealer went to bat for me. A lot of other people have not been so lucky.)
