Windsor and Romeo, what is the diff. besides...?

I remember reading this and I think this is the the difference.
The Windsor engines are generally built for heavy duty use. The rods, bearings and oil pump are all heavy duty and the piston pins are full floating (rather then pressed in for the Romeo engine). They are used most often in the F-150 where the Romeo engines are used most often in the Mustangs.

The Romeo has a fixed piston pin and a smaller connecting rod. The Windsors have floating piston pins. The Romeo uses different style cam bearing caps that have 1 exrta bolt.
Eight bollts on the flywheel for Windsor and 6 bolts on the Romeo.
The Windsor main caps have dowels and cross mounted main cap bolts. The Romeo has no dowels and uses side mounted main bearing cap jack screws. The timing chain guides are different.
