Post 90mm maf????

Would the 90mm maf off of a 2001 Lightning fit on my 99 f-150?

Are you asking if it will bolt up to your existing air inlet, probably not. With a few home made adapters it could be made to fit. Will the truck run? If it did, it probably would not run very well. Your PCM must be adjusted to the MAF or vice versa. A custom chip would help you do this.

The calibration is ALL wrong.

The lightning has larger injectors and a supercharger. Also they use a panel airbox. These are all factors in a MAF calibration.
