.

also i checked fuel rail pressure with obd2 scanner and result on KOER is 264 kpa(38psi) and KOEO 336 kpa(48 psi) can someone say is the fuel rail pressure and fuel pressure same? and if yes is this range normal?

That pressure sounds okay, it's controlled by the FPDM mounted on the frame rail above the spare tire. The FPDM has a tendency to corrode.

I would probably *replace* the spark plug, cop, and injector in that order.

spark plugs and cops are new.. injectors.. itested they are spraying normall, also engine has misfire on cylinder #1 so i changed their places ex: instaled #1 injector on #5 and #5 on #1 but nothing changes misfire has still cylinder #1.. i think that means injectors are ok.... also somethimes it starts hard.. i dont know maybe its bad intake manifold.... :/

Today when i was testing fuel pressure i removed air hose from fuel regulator and nothing changes.. pressure was same.... i saw on other forums that when ure removing this hose pressure must rise... :/ does it means that pressure regulator dosnt works?

Check the compression in the #1 cylinder to rule out a mechanical problem.

Have you tried switching the cops around?

Yes im going to check compression but no one have tool here for american car... im searching... not only cops i switched several times cops, spark plugs and injector but every time misfire #1, but today i found that removing vacuum hose from pressure regulator changes nothing, it makes me think about regulator maybe it fails... :/

The fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail with a vacuum hose was not used after 2003, what you should have is a FPDM on the frame rail above the spare tire. This controls the fuel pump electronically.

You may be thinking of the fuel pressure sensor.

The unique head design on the 5.4 3 valve engine requires a special adapter to test compression.

You may want to remove the passenger side valve cover and check the lash adjusters and cam followers for the #1 cylinder.

Picture is not quite big enough to see what you are talking about. Instead of using an attachment, click the image icon and upload the full size picture. I'm thinking it's part of the evaporative emission system.

aha youre raight its Vapor Canister Purge Valve and if you know, removing hose and connector from pressure sensor must change rpm or fuel pressure and etc?

You need a OBD2 scanner that doesn't require any addons.

I think the only thing the pressure sensor does is report the fuel pressure to the OBD2. I don't think it affects the pressure unless the PCM is confused by the incorrect raw data.

You need to get the exact P21xx, P01xx, and B16xx codes with a scanner.

If the spark plug, cop, and injector are good in #1, then it's a compression or some related mechanical issue as described. It *MIGHT* be a wiring issue, such as a connector on the cop or injector.
