Oil Issue - Engine Warranty Claim (Please Read !!!)

I know I have posted something on this before, but I can't remember where.
Initial startup is a major concern, hence the light weight oil and the check valve in the 820s. I have spoken with many technicians who have replaced the 4.6L due to 10w30. Ford will have metallurgy tests run, and may very well deny the claim.
These trucks will take six quarts. Remember- the marks on the dipstick are MIN/MAX, not LOW/FULL...
