Lubrication problem

After installing a kit of timing chains in a 5.4-liter engine with 2 valves lost the lubrication on the right side of the engine. I change the lifter on that side and not loaded i think it can be lost the pressure for the oil hole chain side because is too large but not sure

So you have a lash adjuster that is not pumping up? Is it just one or are all of them on that side failing to pump up?. You say the hole is to big would it be the lash adjuster hole you are speaking of? If it is bigger than the other holes it is possible that the hole (pocket) wall has broken away and this will prevent that particular lash adjuster from pumping up. If you could be a little more detailed on your discription it would help. Thanks.
