Lack of power 5.4 xlt supercrew
So if the car is neutral or park the car idles perfect but when I drive idles at 1,000 rpm and kinda wants to shut off and this horrible smell comes from the exhaust.When I come to a stop floor it the rpm stay around 1,000 rpm then around 20 mph the rpm goes up to 3,000 and then sounds normal any ideas.

It's hard to help when you post all over the board and don't answer questions asked of you.
Take it over to a parts store and get the OBD2 scanned for trouble codes. If there are any, post them by exact "P" number.
When was the last time the spark plugs and coils were changed? Have you run a compression test? Are your cats plugged? Are your fuel injectors leaking?
