P0171 Code - Hose Part Number?
That line appears to be a crankcase vent line. It will have oil residue in it because it is sucking air from the crankcase to be regurgitated thru the engine. The collapse of the hose may have led to your P0171 'lean code'.
You need to look over the rest of the vent and vacuum hoses for cracking or collapsing.
P0171 is a pretty generic code that indicates a vacuum leak. Running an engine lean is a long-term death sentence. Plus the fact that your engine has a supercharger oon it could lead to damage if the condition is not repaired.
As far as a part number for the hose, lots the underhood tubing has no service part reference. The Ford parts catalog many times says "Improvise from bulk tubing".

That explains it. I'll continue looking through things to see if any other hoses look bad. I did see one other hose that was starting to look bad. It has a part number on it, just need to find a piece that has the whole part number instead of just bits and pieces.
