Bank 1 misfires all 4 cylinders

Last week I left for lunch and my truck ran fine, when i went to leave work that evening my truck was running rough at idle. when I drive there was no misfires and the truck seemed to operate normal. As soon as i would stop, the misfire would return and the truck would idle rough. The CEL came on and had 6 codes. Bank 1 & 2 VCT Solenoids has errors and misfires on cylinders. I did a little research and decided to replace both VCT Solenoids. Problem still exists. Took my truck to a friend who has a computer diag. (not an OBD II) it showed that bank 1 all 4 cylinders were misfiring. when the throttle was pressed all cylinders would operate normal. as soon as the truck started idling bank one would again misfire. I replaced all the spark plugs about a month ago, got them all out without breaking any. I cleared the codes and no codes have shown up. Where should i look next?
Truck has about 120,000 miles. 2005 F150 5.4 v3.

Start with the basics. Has the MAF been cleaned? Has the throttle body been cleaned. Both need it about every 80,000 to 100,000 at least. What about fuel filter?

I will check and clean the MAF, and have not checked the fuel filter. Would those just cause misfires on Bank 1? The problem seems to be isolated to just bank one.

It's probably not those, but you need to eliminate them as they can cause weird happenings.

Someone suggested checking the Cat on the passenger side? They said to pull the O2 sensor and see if there is a difference in the skipping.

Went back over the truck today. Hooked OBD II tester up, the only code it get now is P00012. The truck still runs rough at low rpms, at idle. above 1000 rpm's its not very noticeable. On the road there seems to be minimal power loss when i floor the truck. I do notice at 45mph and i lightly press the gas, the truck wants to skip, feels like its bogging down. If i floor it the rpms just and the skipping goes away. No other codes are showing just the P00012.

You still have a VCT/phaser issue. P0012 is bank 1 camshaft over retarded.
