Need more info. What engine and year, mileage? Has normal maintenance been done? How many miles on plugs and fuel filter? has throttle body been cleaned?

sorry i have an 03 xl supercab with a 4.6 I had a tbs code and changed the whole throttle body out cleaned the maf and installed a new fuel filter there is alot of miles on the truck but am not sure about the wires. the fuel pressure is within specs I just bought the truck and this is the way it came. I thought it might be something simple to repair ie vacume leak or clogged filter but as usual not that simple LOL

I am also getting a po755 code This is shift solenoid B which should not affect the engine

as stated the truck starts and idles fine and smooth but turns to #@%$ when i put it in gear and under load

If the converter was plugged would it still start and idle as smooth as it does???

How are you getting the stft's and ltft's? They are not static numbers, they change constantly, maybe you are describing a range or average.
How are you checking fuel pressure? Scanner? FP should be checked at the fuel rail with a gauge, vac line from fp regulator removed and plugged to test, looking for ~39 psi at idle.
Motorcraft fuel filter, of course.
Yes, a clogged cat can behave in the way you describe, but that is an extreme situation you describe. Crawl underneath and tap them gently with a hammer, listen for rattling.
Maybe change your atf and filter for starters.

Muffler shops have the equipment to test for clogged cats.
