Idk where to start here. My truck runs great when its less than 100° outside. Over that it has NO power. I mean, can barely make it up hills on the highway. Its throwing codes P0401, P0174, P1131, P1151,& P0171.

Also, the transmission starts to free rev over 100°. It wont downshift, it just revs up but doesnt go anywhere. If you push the gas pedal any more than a 1/4" or so it just falls on its face....

Replaced all spark plugs 2 months ago. Checked them all today, they look & smell fine. Im lost...

Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

 

replace the DPFE sensor but make sure the egr vacuum lines and egr vacuum regulator is ok.

also clean the throttle body along with the ports....could also be carboned up...

 

Sorry, im new to Fords, what are the ports you speak of? Also, how do you check the regulator?
