So i was thinking of pulling my 4.6 out and doing a 5.4 swap cause my 4.6 has bad head gaskets on it but after weeks of thinking about it i'am just going to stay with the 4.6.So i started pricing parts and found out that stuff is pricey on these trucks but was ready to do it.In the mean time i was checking craigslist just about every day to maybe find a use motor but a used 4.6 is hard to find and wrecking yards are way over priced were in washington.Like i was saying checking craigslist every day i finely found a use motor and called the guy and talked to him asked him how much he wanted for it and he said 500.00 for it.So i went and check it out today it was still in the truck so got hear it run and told the guy i would take it so i pulled it out and gave him 400.00 for it.So now the fun starts in the next few days.I think i got a pretty good deal what do you guys think.
