2010 5.4l engine ford f150

Driving at 80 kilometers and I step on the acclerator I get a horrible sound like a vibration or of air trying to pass thru a pinched hose, dealer can't find the problem . Has anyone else had this problem or knows what is causing the noise. it only happens at full to the mat accleration.

Look inside the fenderwell and see if there's a loose piece of insulation that might be getting sucked into the air intake.

Thaks for the help i will check for anything loose and the sound sounds like it is coming from the center of the dash just under the speaker or in behind the GPS screen

I don't think it is the converter, it sounds like it is coming from inside the dash in behind the GPS screen?

Are you sure its not detonation. Try running some premium through it and see if it still happens.
