You might buy one of the cheap extendo-mirrors from the parts store, makes it is easy to see in the plug well using a flash light.

well i tried blowing air in in it and it still does the same thing

Do you know for sure that there is nothing in there preventing the socket from engaging the hex on the plug

well i can kinda feel the socket slip but it catches and when the plug is coming out it make a squeak noise

This is a common problem, we had a fleet of 6 - 2005 F150's and and 4 of the six did this when we had the plugs changed, the other 2 we sent to auction. Love Fords but they need to use anti seize!

Completely different issue. The 2005 5.4 used the extended 2 piece plugs. You are comparing apples to oranges.

I would still say try to look into that hole and see, is has not been uncommon or rocks or other debree to get stuck in there. One way to check woul be to look ath where the socket measures up on the other holes to that one....if they go in deeper then there is something in the hole. If not you might want to just bite the bullet and take it to a local shop.
