Which one?

Im trying to order a new intake manifold from rockauto and there's 2 different ones from dorman....One with a specialty grommet? DORMAN Part # 615174 More Information About this Part {#2L1Z9424AA} Specialty Grommet
Includes All Gaskets and Seals as Required; Upper; SOHC; One Piece
Anyone know what this "specialty grommet" one is for?

What year engine and 4.6 or 5.4? Probably best to give them a call and have someone there explain.

I know looking at the pictures doesn't always mean which is which, but the first "specialty grommet" one clearly shows the whole intake and looks to be the intake I am familiar with, the second, doesn't show the lower intake box.

They show both intakes for each 5.4 application (3) including the compressed natural gas version. I suspect that the special grommet version may apply to the natural gas engine only. Just a guess.
