A 5,000,000 mile warranty must have been some serious coin....
The video isn't working right now, but check cam phasers or fuel injectors. A bad fuel injector can make some noise too. There is a recall on injectors for that year, and you want to rule that out right away as a bad injector that sticks open will take out your motor. I had it happen with an '05 motor that I swapped into my '01, a faulty injector led to a broken rod and cracked block.
