Bad Oil Leak......... PLEASE HELP ! ! ! !

I have a 98 f-150 supercab 5.4 auto 2wd. It has a bad oil leak, i thought it was the oil pan gasket but i cleaned the engine and drove a few miles and checked for the leak. it is not the oil pan, not the heads or even the valve cover gaskets, it is actually on the drivers side of oil pan, near the front behind some type of pulley or pump just above the oil pan but under the head and it is leaking right where it bolts to the block. It has 2 coolant hoses passing below it which go to the oil cooler/filter. My question is, what is this and how easy is it to change the gasket it is leaking from.

that's the correct spot but mine has some type of oil stand/arm/manifold and it goes over the cross member and ends at beside the trans. looking at it makes me think it is going to be hell getting it off enough to slip a gasket in there. I also think it is connected to a motor mount. what would be the best way to remove this and change the gasket. thanks for the responses.

remove the motor mount (after securing the motor)

I fixed it, but it took forever to get finished. If anyone ever has oil getting into their coolant or coolant getting into their oil, check this gasket out first before assuming it is a head gasket. It can save you a lot of money. Thanks for everybody's help.
