Spark plug wont come out
Just my opinion but I think the risk is small that the possible minute aluminum shavings will create a problem. Just not sure what other option he has to remove the stripped plug short of pulling the head. The risk of screwing things up pulling a cyl head are far greater.
If you value your cylinder walls, dont do it.
i dont think its stripped cause it wont pull out!!! i tired with some needle nose today and damn thing wouldnt budge...i think the plug threads spun out but the plug is still in? if that makes sense..cause it just spins...why do ford have to be difficult with spark plugs haha
Unfortunately I think your threads in the aluminum head would strip before the plug threads would. That would be the weak point, if the plug was corroded in there, upon spinning it out it maybe have taken the aluminum threads with it, still leaving the plug seated in the chamber but with enough tension of the threads that are still in place but spun lose. Not allowing it to lift out. It will be very hard to just reach in with pliers or any other tool and try to directly remove it and there's a good chance you can do more damage. I would recommend finding a way to spin it and pull consistently at the same time. That way it stays in its position. Just not sure how. Unless your thinking the threads arent moving and just the inside of the plug is, but as far as I know, the threads and plug nut are 1 piece and it would take a lot of force to break it. Unlike the plugs for the 3v's
You could put jb weld on the inside of the plug socket and drop it down over the plug. You would have to weld the extension to the plug socket. Make sure not to get any jb weld anywhere inside the plug well. Once its dropped over the plug, none should come out or drip I would think, Duno... Sounds dangerous but is the only thing I can think of. Just would hate to see jb weld get all over in there. Matter fact.. I wouldn't try it, nevermind. scratch that, I'm out of ideas.

it had a piece of wood that feel in i guess when i took off the coil and it was stuck in between the plug and the block so when i put the stock it wouldn't go in the plug it just spun...took a screw driver and plucked out the piece of random twig...i feel dumb now haha they shouldnt put the damn spark plugs so far down in the block haha
lol. You should be blowing those cylinders out before you pull the plug. Quite funny though. It happens.
