built 4.6L!!!
To be honest, if you want to do it cheap, I'd go with a MMR shortblock...they go for about $2,900 if I remember right. I honestly have no clue how they build them that cheap. You'll end up with more than that in parts and machine work most likely.
If your not looking for the satisfaction of building each piece yourself, I'd go with their shortblocks, save your money and spend it on the other parts. They are tough too, there are a lot of them around, and I've not heard of one single issue.

he's does an absolute amazing job in port and polishing just give him a ring or email
why can i not delete the 02 sensors? im not talkin about just getting rid of them im talkin about totally removing the code for it in the PCM and everything
so how is the truck going to run if can't tell what's going on??? the rears can be turned off in the tune but I've never heard of the fronts
but 'eh it's your truck and your idea so have at it, just make sure you film the first start blown motor video's get lots of hits on you tube and street fire

as tarajerame said you can delete the rear o2's with a tune but you cant do the fronts since they are the ones the pcm uses to mess with the a/f ratio
