The drain plug may be wither a bolt or an allen screw. It is between the last frost plug and the bottom of the block. Here is a pic on one in another thread. https://www.f150online.com/forums/li...rain-plug.html

Has anyone ever had trouble loosening the plastic radiator drain? On my 2002 screw w/4.6L I barely tried to loosen the plastic drain screw and it broke off? I have changed the coolant 3 other times but had an issue this time> Any ideas guys?

When that happeneds you need to remove it with the correct size allen wrench. It works! I ordered a couple new ones from Rock Auto, but an allen wrench will remove the broken one.
