Was the part number circled in blue on the invoice the first time?
edit-Never mind after reading it 5 times, I finally figured out what you did.

Btw, I don't think motorcraft makes a conventional 5w20. If they did use a conventional oil, it wasn't motorcraft.

5W20 "bulk oil" could be anything. The dealer is not REQUIRED to buy only Motorcraft semi-synthetic. I know for a fact the bulk oil at my local Ford dealership is whatever they can get the best deal on at the time. Last time I asked, it was Kendall dino. They do have Motorcraft semi-synthetic in bottles, but that will cost you considerably more, their advertised "oil change special" is with the bulk oil.
