no.... just a single relay kit from jegs.... the 2nd fan will be wired into AC system and a manual switch

You could wire them up using that 2nd diagram (post #25). The main fuse would be 25A for 2 9A motors.

Or you could use the 1st diagram & wire one fan to the Lo relay, & the other to the Hi. That would also allow you to wire the Hi relay to the A/C clutch, making it the A/C fan the way you want.
