Would a PO302 cause a PO316?

Would a PO302 cause a PO316?
and if a po302 got fixed would it fix the 316?

Also autozone told me the 316 was a crank sensor? but some research said 315 was a crank sensor error.

Anyway im gonna reaplace cylinder 2 TOmm and see what happens.

Probably. P0316 is a misfire detected on start up. Autozone is in business to sell parts, not fix cars and trucks.
