ummm idk i doubt it, but atleast worth a call to AZ or Orillies. But they will likely just try to sell you some mechanic-in-a-can injector cleaner

might also be worth calling harbor freight or a cheapie tool store if you have one near by

Well, ran a compression check on it tonight. 180-180-183-185. That rules out headgasket and any internal problems. Got the old exhaust off, half of the new one on. Gonna diagnose after that...

A TBI looks like a carburetor except it has one or two big fuel injectors spraying down the throat.

those cavaliers with port fuel injection had a problem with i think it was the #2 injector. just that one, none of the others, and it was only the cavalier, not the s10 or other vehicles with the 2.2.

I'm leaning towards leaky injector now... Replaced the IAC tonight and it didn't seem to do anything, but I only ran the car for 20 seconds to move it over a bit (without an exhaust on) How do I go about checking for this? Whats the best way to even get the injectors out of this damn thing (its an MPI)?

googled this-
depressurize the fuel system.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the air cleaner and duct
Disconnect the crankcase vent hose from the top of the engine.
Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator.
Remove the fuel rail bracket.
Remove the fuel injector electrical connectors by pushing in the wire connector clip and pulling the electrical connector away from the fuel injector.
Remove the fuel feed inlet pipe quick connect.
Remove the fuel return pipe from the fuel pressure regulator.
Remove the fuel rail attaching bolts.
Remove the fuel rail assembly from the cylinder head.
Remove the fuel injector retaining clip.
Remove the fuel injector.

most autoparts stores should be able to test the injectors.

Fuel injectors all ohlmed out ok. But, they had bad o rings. Replaced them and that took care of my running rich code. I had a TPS code come up for a second, then it went away and never came back. Could this cause a rough idle and no power??

Is it still idling rough with no power? Pull the plugs and clean them, they may be fouled from running rich.

Bumpity bump... My running rich code is gone after I replaced the fuel injector O rings, but I'm still getting a rough idle. Its loping bad. Any ideas?? :o I don't want to take my $350 car to the shop and get a $400 bill.

Just to recap, car has had the following replaced:

Spark plugs, air filter, oil + filter, spark plug wires, all o2 sensors, fuel filter, fuel injector O rings, and the TPS. IAC and all fuel injectors check out OK.

Have you pulled the plugs back out and looked at them yet? Did you pull the battery cable for a while to clear the codes and let it relearn? Other than the idle, how does it run?
