Bank 1 too rich and random misfire.
No 5.4L's have coil packs! They never did . 4.6Ls had "Coil Packs" way back when. It's less confusing when you call the part what it is..
All 5.4L's have COP ignitions = Coil Over Plugs. Not packs. Packs run more than one cylinder. You have dedicated coils = 1 per cylinder.
BIG difference.

Jbrew,
thanks for the input, and I am sorry for confusing you. I should have said I swapped the cylinder#1 COIL OVER PLUG with the cylinder#5 COIL OVER PLUG to see if I could get a fault code for the opposing bank being too rich. I didn't. So I was wondering if the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor could be causing the problem as it sets opposite of the number#1 cylinder and with Cylinder#1 being at the far end of the rail. That might cause excessive pressure at that injector if there is a fuel pressure problem.

You don't have say COIL OVER PLUG. You can just say "coil" for short. When you say pack, someone else might think you have plug wires because all packs have wires where coils "single" don't when referring to these trucks.
Looks like everyone new you had COP's this time because of your model year. -There's been many times in the past when the OP is confused - you get the wrong replies.
Three different styles of ignitions in these trucks. The 4.2L is the only engine now with a coil pack. The 4.6L had them until 2000, the 5.4L never had them.
Regulator - I'm not sure what is used to regulate fuel in that model year, but yea, in the older models anyway, that's a possibility. Ford extended the warranty on the 2005 model injectors to 100,000 miles because of a injector problem in that model year. I'm not sure if this applies to you, I would call at-least 3 different dealerships, you might get it checked out and fixed for free.
If not, like Quintin mentioned (leaky injectors) . You can check yourself. You have to lift the rail with the injector's still attached/ charge the fuel rail (key to run/no start)/ inspect the injectors at this point. If ANY are leaking with the rail charged, that injector is bad and reason for your rich code.
