Accidentally pulled wire loose. HELP!

Was replacing my oil pressure switch on my 2000 F150 4.6 engine. When removing the wire from the switch I accidentally pulled another plug loose that was attached to the harness right above the oil pressure switch wire. Cannot find what it was plugged into. It was somewhere above the oil pressure sending unit maybe right around the oil filter/lower radiator hose area. The plug appears to have two wires running into it? Any idea as to what this is and where it plugs in. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Normally you would have to pull back a locking tab to undo an electrical plug. There are a few cases, but very few that would not have a locking tab. As Matt said, get a dig-cam under there and get some pics. Unless someone on here has the same truck as you and is willing to jump under their truck and take a look, you will need to post a pic.

probably just the power steering assist. I couldnt get mine plugged back in because of my oil cooler being in the way. I notice no difference, its for low RPM steering assist

Sounds like the powersteering to me as well. Should be a connector right off the p/s pump that your wire will plug into.
