Doesn't make sense to me - bad battery install or bad battery. Is the battery light on in the dash?

coolant froze, block cracked, leaked coolant into crankcase or cylinder, cause hydraulic lock. . . . .

WORSE case scenario. . . haha

How many times can you repeat this start ¼ turn thing in a row? If something mechanical is interfering with the movement of the pistons you should only be able to do it once. If you can repeat the procedure many times you may have an electrical or starter issue. Why was the starter and battery changed? Who changed it?
