Does Anyone know the cause of the injector failure? Is the defect, from gumming up mechanically, or has these injectors been failing electrically. Has anyone tested the bad injector with a meter? Also I wonder if it could be fuel icing up? Any Ideas?

If I remember correctly, they do not properly close, allowing gas to seep/drip into a cylinder and become hydralocked when you start the engine. So, it would be an electrical valve problem.

Mine failed on the expressway, I was wondering if the cold could have been a factor.
