Excellent idea- I normally used them on the cement driveway or in the garage. I spit those suckers out enough times both going up and down that I decided enough was enough. I only have to jack the car up about 3 pumps on the side opposite the drain plug and as stated, no need to on the truck, which is stock.

*UPDATE*

So I got the ramps built Saturday and changed the oil Sunday with absolutely no problems. To be honest, the ramps worked even better than I had thought. Got the oil changed in the F150 and the Explorer in a little over an hour. Thanks to everyone for the help and insight.
