im already having problems seeing where i get my vaccumm for the vapor management system, fuel pressure regulator and egr valve. My 4.6 it comes off the rear left side of the intake plenum but this engine doesnt have it and i dont see any extra vaccums lines.

if you got the 5.4 pcm, it really shouldn't be a problem, if the engine you got was totally complete and ready to go.

no, the harnesses/pcm are not the same. personally, i would swap everything over, and that way face minimal issues/maximize reliability. you could also safely run w/o a custom tune until the funds allow for one. however, if you don't want the COP ignition, you will have to do some "fabrication" in order to keep the coil packs.

alright, yeah that sounds alot easier and i didnt think so. But can you show me where the vaccum lines are suppose to come from for the egr valve fuel pressure regulator and vapor management system. Do you have the 5.4 with pi head and intake, send me some pictures? That would be awesome

does anyone know where my vaccumm lines for my egr valve fuel pressure regulator and vapor management come from? Its not on the left side of the plenum like my old one, and ones ive seen. I am having troubles finding where im suppose to get a vaccum for those items.
