Popping in AF1 intake

I just recently started getting a popping in my intake only when in gear and only below 1000rpm. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. And yes i have an edge programmer but i have had it for a while and have not changed my tune latley. Thanks for any help, also if anyone else has advice on my 4 low problem in my other post.

no... I'm not able to help either, but what intake are you using and what engine do you have?

Popping is a lean condition.
Air leak, pgm may already be to lean and has been put over the edge by the air intake changes.
This is a critical item on 04 and up model years just by addon to a stock motor.

So i have been running the same intake for about 2 years now and the edge for about 6months. So why all of a sudden would this happen where should i look for the air leak and also can i use the edge to adjust it runnin to lean. Thanks for any input.

so your getting a pop only below 1000 rpm.. or at idle. I wouldn't worry about it. It isn't lean at that speed. And lean doesn't hurt so much at idel anyways.. no load after all. It is probably just harmonics in the intake. You might want to try and clean your MAF. That can make a difference. Or your IAC could be plugged. Probably something pretty simple.
